Although Juliana is still hard a work pursuing her solo career, she has recently collaborated with her co-writer/producer, Paul Buono, on a new project. Together, Juliana and Paul are now the  dynamic duo- Indie pop band, "Juliana Cole and The BOHO Beat."

This project will be specifically marketed by Peer Music to the world of advertising under the supervision of Craig Currier, head of the Peer Worldwide Advertising division. For Juliana and Paul, this endeavor has been a cool and fun way to create music in a simplistic way- the art of making music that isn't overly complicated in production or lyrical content... music that is easy on the ears and satisfies the craving to simply hum along or tap your toes with a smile!

The lyrics of this song rolled off of my tongue like a waterfall... I wrote this song originally on the piano...although I'm not technically a good piano player; it ultimately felt like the appropriate instrument to evoke the deep and personal emotion of the song. When you are on the journey of healing and[Image of video shot with Babel Music and Project Artisan] discovering who you truly are, sometimes you have to be tested to see if you are willing to put up with the same chronic messages as you did before. I aced the test by writing this song. This song wasn't so much about getting back into a relationship with an old love, but more about not letting the old patterns and ugly voices of the past seep back in, by saying "no" to the same old same...I pray that any girl who somehow lost herself in an unhealthy, selfish relationship would hear it and find her true beauty and worth again. I send only love and good fortune to the person it was written about... There is forgiveness in my heart. It was unfortunately a lesson I needed to learn. I was trapped inside of a small and twisted view of who I was as a person and especially as an artist. For way too long...I believed this half glass full story of who I actually was... but, as the song clearly states: "I'm Not that Girl Anymore"
